About me
-
I-m an entrepreneur- and a student -for life- interested in Islamic research. Currently I-m doing Masters in Islamic Thought and Civilization from Malaysia -mostly online- which will total 18 years of education- alongside my business. I-m hoping to improve my knowledge and practice of Islam gradually and continuously- with someone who wants to do the same. No one is perfect- least of all me- but at least we can keep trying. I would love to be involved in dawah in one way or another in the future. If you follow Dr Israr and Sahil Adeem or will potentially follow them in the future- we will get along really well -esp. related to the overall worldview and desired goals of Muslims-. This doesn-t mean I agree with everything they say. The only person who I agree with on absolutely everything is our Prophet SAW. I previously relied on my own opinions for everything- but over time I have come to realize that a Muslim-s opinions should be based on Islamic teachings- not on personal preferences- as Islam is the criterion of right and wrong. Again- this doesn-t imply I-m a perfect muslim or that I expect my match to be perfect. What I actually imply is that I believe if a Muslim finds out that their opinions or any parts of their lifestyle are different from Islamic teachings- they should be willing to change them for the sake of Allah -not for their partner-. After all- a Muslim is literally someone who "submits" to Allah and His deen. So- propensity to change for the better is a quality I value in myself and others. The greatest role models of such behavior are the Sahaba of course- who kept changing themselves with incoming revelations as needed. I have huge goals which have been inspired by Dr Israr and Sahil Adeem. My ideal match is someone who recognizes that these goals are very worthy of being chased -not because they-re my goals but because the goals themselves are amazing-. My ideal match is also someone who doesn-t get overwhelmed by these goals- and takes strength and inspiration regularly from the Quran- the Seerah and the stories of the prophets and the sahaba- and becomes my -1 support system. I am straightforward and I dont like playing games with people. So please be clear and straightforward about what you-re looking for. I-m sarcastic and witty and usually jolly. I-m also serious when it comes to real stuff. I-m from Rawalpindi- born and raised. I-ve lived in lahore- karachi and nowshera as well. Lived in Turkey for 4 years for my Bachelor-s degree. Currently in Kuala Lumpur for my Masters degree.
About my partner

My ideal partner understands her role in building and nurturing a family according to Islamic values and traditions. Someone who can be my permanent support system im my journey of learning and who also wishes to keep learning herself. Someone who resonates with the bio I-ve written.
