It is preferable that she be a Salafi who wears the niqab or accepts the idea of the niqab if allah has decreed fate. Religion comes first and most important thing- and then comes the world so that we can cooperate in raising our children in a righteous and sound manner. Whoever wants to work after marriage should look elsewhere. The rest- inshaallah- is no problem.
