I’m Melissa- a Muslim and a hijabi woman. Alhamdulillah- I try to stay close to my values and my faith. I love science and research- and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Fundamental and Applied Biochemistry. I work as an online biology tutor and as a trainer in the medical and scientific field. I truly feel that I was created to be a researcher- and I’m working hard to achieve that goal- insha’Allah. I’m currently completing my Master’s in Pharmacological Sciences- and I’m planning to apply for a PhD after my master’s. I guess I talked a lot about my academic and professional life- but it’s a big part of who I am. On a personal level- I’m a simple and cheerful person. I like to stay positive- and it makes me genuinely happy when I can help someone. I grew up in a warm and loving family where respect is essential- and that shaped the way I see relationships. I love traveling- doing sports- cooking- and trying new recipes. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family — it’s something very precious to me. When it comes to my mindset- I value honesty- clear communication- and good intentions. I don’t like lies or unclear relationships. I believe that marriage should be built on respect- understanding- and mutual support.

To me- a real man is someone who fears God and practices his religious duties sincerely. He is educated- cultured- takes care of his health- and maintains his cleanliness and appearance. He is presentable- confident- and has a good personal presence. In terms of mindset- he is respectful- open to communication- understanding- and willing to listen and exchange opinions. He is mature and knows that marriage is a lifelong commitment — not a game or a temporary experience. It is a partnership built on patience- support- and mutual respect. I value a man who understands that the woman beside him is his life partner- someone he will stand with through both ease and hardship- and that building a family requires effort from both sides.
