السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Before you read further just to be upfront I am seeking a second nikah. Alhamdulillah- I am a caring- compassionate- and responsible man with a curious mind- a good sense of humour- and a heart very much alive with the love of Islam. I-m well-grounded in my deen- and at the same time a social butterfly who genuinely enjoys good company and uplifting energy whether that-s a picnic in the park- a board game- or watching something together and talking about it at home. I love meaningful conversations- shared laughter- and trying new things within halal limits- of course. In the spirit of honesty- I do have my weaknesses: I can be a little forgetful at times- and I have a tendency to overcommit to community projects. I-m a work in progress- like we all are. Romantic and physical intimacy are very important to me as I do have a high sex drive- and I am only looking for someone who is ready for a true life partnership one built on mutual support- and where both people actively choose love over hate- forgiveness over bitterness- sacrifice over demands- respectful communication over cold shoulders or passive aggression- peace over drama- kindness over toxicity- genuine effort over laziness- and Islam over culture or society. On a practical note: I am self-employed- 5-5"- of Pakistani heritage- and in the interest of full transparency I did go to prison as a teenager but that has no bearing or consequence on my life today- alhamdulillah. We all grow- and we all learn. As for why I am seeking a second wife my first wife and I have come to realise over time that we are quite different people- emotionally and in terms of lifestyle. I thrive on warmth- spontaneity- and fun-loving energy- while she is naturally drawn to a quieter- more routine-focused way of living. I also hope to have more children- in-sha-Allah- and we are not aligned on that either.
