I’ve been an athlete all my life- from swimming- basketball- and tennis to becoming a calisthenics athlete and coach- with self-care and discipline at my core. Professionally- I started working in college and grew steadily in the business world through learning- consistency- and action. At my core- I care deeply about people and meaningful impact.
