I’m a university student based in Birmingham- striving to live my life according to Islam and the Shariah with sincerity and intention. Modesty and boundaries are important to me- and I wear the niqab as part of that commitment. I spend a lot of time in the masjid and really value strong community- learning- and spaces that help strengthen iman. Personal growth- consistency in deen- and good character matter to me more than cultural expectations. I come from an Orthodox Christian family and embraced Islam later on- so I value clarity- patience- and mutual understanding.
