Describing myself can be quite challenging- but I-ll do my best. When it comes to practicing the teachings of Allah- I adhere strictly. I strive to follow the most authentic interpretations in matters of difference and find guidance in the teachings of Salafi scholars. Currently enrolled in the AMAU program and engaged in memorizing the Quran under the guidance of a Salafi Sheikh- I-m deeply committed to my Islamic education. Originally from Egypt- I was brought to the United States at the age of five. In my quest for a life partner- my priority is to find a sister equally dedicated to learning and practicing Islam- supportive of my pursuit of knowledge. I seek someone whose primary focus is Islam- not her career- and who shares my aspiration to establish a household rooted in the sharia of Allah -ex: no pictures on the wall of people-animals- no TV- etc-. Describing myself- I would say I-m hardworking- honest- intelligent- compassionate- and responsible. Sacrificing for the sake of Allah-s guidance is a principle I hold dear. I cherish the bond with my family- spending most- if not all- of my time with them. I avoid extravagance and overspending- wary of becoming too attached to worldly possessions. My hobbies include gardening- home workouts- and reading. I find solace in listening to the Quran- particularly recitations by Sheikh Raad al Kurdi and Sheikh Anas al Emadi. Though I wish to eventually migrate and continue my studies under Salafi scholars abroad- my current commitments to school prevent immediate action. However- I plan to make this transition upon completing my academic pursuits- with the permission of Allah.
