I am a Qur-an teacher by profession. I teach the Qur-an to female adults and children online- and I-m currently studying English Language as a first degree at the National Open University of Nigeria. I am a caring- loving- respectful and realistic human. I have a large heart that accommodates everyone. I am a considerate person- an assertive communicator who likes that my boundaries be respected while I make it a point of duty to respect other people-s boundaries too. I worship Allah alone and I put in my best to follow His injunctions- adhering to the teachings of His prophet- Muhammad peace be upon him. I love humanity- with the love and admiration for children at the core. I detest lies- deceit and pretence. I value mutual respect - understanding- effective communication- consideration for other people-s needs- teamwork- humility and honesty. I place a high value on my time so I do not like time wasting endeavors. I am a goal-oriented person who goes after her ambitions and pursue them in every way legitimate. I love myself enough to be able to pour into the cup of others. I prioritize self-care- and my overall well-being as well as that of my partner. I understand my needs and wants- yet I am open to honest and deep discussions that can lead to a compromise so that the interests and needs of people around me do not suffer. I am a family-oriented person who prioritize the needs of a partner whilst still balancing both relationships- family and spouse because everyone has their place and one does not affect the other. I align with someone who shares the same thoughts as me on this and in other areas of life. I am reasonable and understanding- but I do not believe in hiding and suppressing emotions. On the contrary- I am big on assertive self expression- acknowledging and expressing emotions on a regulated level. Emotions are not diseases- so I do not feel the need to pathologise them.
