This section is written by the wali: We consider our sister to be someone who is very practising and a contributor to the community. Someone who values Islam and is trustworthy Muslima. Someone who helps people in distress and is responsive - giving - as an example our sister has fostered Muslim children before and had very positive results and also someone who has helps other sisters in the community when in distress etc- We consider our sister to be a fun and emotionally intelligent person who understands people and is appreciated by her family and friends.

I am looking for someone who is practising and very serious about our Deen. Good akhlaq is absolutely important- someone who is mature and makes ease and a person who is affectionate- caring and very reasonable. Someone who is responsible and can take care of me and my daughter financially although I am not particularly money - oriented. I and my wali would NOT consider most requests to be a second wife. I am from what I consider a very loving family background and that is very important for me so I and my wali are keen that the family situation is good and or that the potential husband can make a lot of ease in this respect.
