I’m open-minded and value respect in relationships. I am currently living and working in Saudi Arabia as a Human Resource Manager- has a plan to settle in GCC with family .I have completed my Graduate and postgraduate degree in Sociology- along with complementary courses in Business Sociology and Environmental Sociology at University of Calicut- And I also received admission to a Research program -PhD -at Milan university in Italy. However- I chose to focus on my professional career instead- leaving that pursuit pending. In addition- I have studied Islamic theology and jurisprudence at Markaz knowledge city -a unique phase of spiritual cum modern hub from south Asia-which helps me to stay grounded in my values and principles. I consider myself kind- dependable- and positive. I believe in trust- simplicity- and togetherness- and I fully support my partner’s career and personal aspirations _marriage to me is a journey of mutual growth and encouragement. I have worked as an HR professional with leading multinational companies in India- including Tech Mahindra- Audibene- NoBroker- Policy bazaar and I am currently serving as an HRM at Alfiya Al Arabia Trading Company in Saudi Arabia. Kindly note this point before marking my career as not professional : "I would like to clarify that HR Manager is a professional career. In any organization—medical or non-medical—employees include doctors- nurses- chartered accountants- engineers- and other qualified professionals. HR is the professional function that manages all of them- including recruitment- salary decisions- performance evaluation- policy implementation- and even fire or exit procedures of all staff. HR works directly with the company owner or top management and holds an authority position that ensures all departments function in alignment with organizational goals. I mention this only to avoid misunderstanding about the professional value and responsibility of the HR role. "
