Assalamu alaikum. My name is Hussein. I am 43 years old and I live in Varna- Bulgaria. I graduated as an automotive engineer. In recent years I have been trying to strengthen my relationship with Allah and live my life according to Islam. I perform my daily prayers and I am currently studying Islamic knowledge to deepen my understanding of the religion. Following the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad -peace and blessings be upon him- is very important to me- especially in the process of marriage. I believe that marriage should be for the sake of Allah and built upon faith- sincerity and mutual respect. I am looking for a sincere- modest and God-fearing Muslim woman who values faith- family and good character. My intention is a halal marriage -nikah- and to build a peaceful home where Allah is remembered and where there is trust- kindness and mercy. I prefer a respectful and serious conversation with the intention of marriage rather than long periods of casual chatting. I also respect the Islamic process of marriage and I am comfortable involving a wali -guardian- or family member if that is preferred. I also want to be honest about my past. Earlier in my life I was in a long relationship before I became serious about my religion. At that time I did not fully understand the Islamic perspective on such relationships. Since then I have tried to correct my life and move closer to Allah. May Allah guide us to what is best and grant us a righteous spouse.
