I am a normal Muslim striving to strengthen my relationship with Allah and fulfill my religious obligations to the best of my ability. I recognize my shortcomings and continuously seek growth in faith- character- and understanding. I am seeking a spouse with whom we can complement one another- support each other’s journey toward Allah- and build a home founded upon faith- mercy- sincerity- and mutual respect. Ya Allah- bless us with spouses who will be the coolness of our eyes- and make us a source of comfort and tranquility for them. Grant us spouses who will appreciate us as we appreciate them- who will encourage us toward righteousness and help us stay away from sin. Bless us with spouses who will safeguard our secrets as we safeguard theirs- remain loyal to us as we remain loyal to them- and stand by us through life’s joys and trials. Ya Allah- bring about our marriages at the time that is best for us- place barakah in them- and bless us with righteous offspring who will be a benefit to our families- our communities- and the entire Ummah. Make our homes places of faith- love- mercy- and remembrance of You Ya Rabb. رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
