Bismillah. As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh- I’m a kind- loving- and curious person who enjoys listening- learning- and really understanding people. Open-minded- sincere- and a bit of an introvert -INFP-T if you’re into that-- but I love to spoil the people I care about—it’s how I show affection. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best of you are those who are the best to their wives.” That’s what I aspire to live by. A little about me I’m divorced and have a 2-year-old son. He’s with me just a couple hours a week on visitation—I’m fully responsible for his care- and I don’t expect my future wife to take on that role- though it would be beautiful if she welcomed being part of his life. Alhamdulillah- I pray in the masjid daily and strive to put deen first. Covid unexpectedly gave me the blessing of working from home- which allowed me to grow closer to Allah and strengthen my habits. I’ve been in love with programming since I was a teenager tinkering with RuneScape servers. I graduated high school and college early- earned my Computer Science degree by 19- and landed a job at a Fortune 500 company while still in school. Eleven years later- I’ve built a career I love as a software engineer—Alhamdulillah- it’s been good to me -yes- even financially: -500k--. But beyond the numbers- I just enjoy solving problems- building things- and dreaming up ideas for the future. What I enjoy • Qur’an – Not just reading- but diving deep into its meanings. I find its relevance to daily life miraculous. • Adventures with my spouse-to-be – Traveling- eating out- hiking- exploring nature- watching movies- Netflix -maybe chilling-- and just being together. I love meaningful conversations and big “what if” hypotheticals. • Sports - hobbies – Volleyball- pickleball- hiking trails- swimming- rafting- business ideas- investments- learning new things- and just soaking up nature. • Programming – Still a hobby at heart. For me it’s creative problem-solving- and maybe one day a path for both of us to retire early and enjoy life together.
