I travel to India once a year for about one month. Because of my circumstances- I am considering having a proper Nikah here as well- in accordance with Islamic principles. My intention is not for a temporary or casual relationship- but to establish a halal and respectful marriage based on honesty- sincerity- mutual understanding- and fulfilling each other’s rights and responsibilities. I would like us to consider this matter seriously and- if Allah wills- proceed in a proper and respectful way with the involvement of our families.
