Originally Levintine from a moderate but practicing family. Brought up in the UK- but alhamdulilah an Arabic speaker and proud of my heritage. Currently living and working in the Far East- and hope to do more travel. Goal driven activist with high aspirations for this donya and the next. Quite keen on social equity and very environmentally driven. I believe that Islam isn-t just praying and fasting- it is how we conduct our entire lives- from caring for plants and animals to saving resources and reducing carbon. Love to have fun -obviously in the halal way insha-Allah-. But my idea of fun is usually something in nature and relaxing- hikes in the woods- walks around lakes - although I can-t resist a theme park! I may be a physicist but I love crafts and creativity in my spare time- maybe making soap- or trying out the latest bakeoff technical challenge!
